Bukowski Properties, Inc. is owned and operated by Phillip Bukowski.  Phillip is originally from San Antonio and has been building within the surrounding areas since 1978.  Phillip is a licensed building inspector through Southern Building Codes Congress #1205 and holds a degree in Building Construction Technology.
